** In 1793 after the death of Josip Ivan Ratkaj, the last member of the family, the manor changed hands several times and for a time was under royal administration. In 1852 it was bought from the state by Anton de Kuhtić for his nephew Ljudevit de Kuhtić who had married Countess Ernestina Oršić. About 1890 it was bought by the Jager family who had it until 1980 when it came into the possession of Dr Franjo Kajfež. He renovated the house, opened it to the public and opened exhibition premises inside. | |||
