GIGANTICKÁ Fotografie + English: Austria-01440 - Triumphal Arch (Taken on June 19, 2015, Sony NEX-7)

Empress Maria Theresa built this Triumphal Arch to honor the wedding of her son. She had the existing south gate of Innsbruck renewed into this example of a Roman arch.
There are marble reliefs celebrating the marriage of her son and reliefs that mourn the passing of her husband.
