* In 1914, after the death of King Charles 1, the Royal Couple became monarchs. The climax in the reign of King Ferdinand was in 1918, it is the year when, after the end of World War I, Romania reunites with the historical provinces Bessarabia, Bucovina and Transylvania. | |||

- I had to pay extra to go into this castle as it was not part of the tour. I take all the opportunities I can, to see as much as I can when I travel.
