* Second Castle Courtyard has the Kohl's Fountain which was built in 1686. It is sometimes called the Lion´s Fountain (because of the lion statues on the pillar) or Leopold´s (after the emperor Leopold I under whose reign it was built). The top end sphere had a golden plated Habsburg eagle until 1918. The fountain is supplied with water from an ancient water pipe, that brings water from the Brusnice stream and also from the pond below the Hvězda summer palace.. | |||
* Left is an octagonal well from the end of the 17th century or perhaps the beginning of the 18th century, stands next to the Kohl´s Fountain. The well is 14 meters (46ft) deep, water column is 4 meters (13ft) high. It has been used as a water source until 1905. | |||

- Second Castle Courtyard has the Kohl's Fountain which was built in 1686. It is sometimes called the Lion´s Fountain (because of the lion statues on the pillar) or Leopold´s (after the emperor Leopold I under whose reign it was built).
