- St. Francis of Assisi Church with Statue of Charles IV in Knight of the Cross Square.
- The church of St. Francis of Assisi was built in Baroque style between 1679 – 1685. It replaced the original church of St. Francis of Assisi of 1270.
- In the square is a statue of Charles IV leaning against a sword and holding the deed of foundation of Charles University in Prague. The statue was made in 1848 on the occasion of the 500th anniversary of Charles University.
