- Built: Autumn 1944.
- Main armament: 130mm gun, model S-26.
- Single prototype using a 130mm gun derived from a naval gun. During testing it was found that barrel integrity and angle of horizontal guidance were poor, so it never went in to production.
- On display in what is best known as Hall1 of the Kubinka Tank Museum, although its official title is now Pavilion 1 in Area 2 of the Park Patriot museum.
